License Terms

Important Notice: Our products and services are offered exclusively to business customers (B2B) and not to consumers. By ordering our products or services, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity.

The following license terms apply to all software products and extensions offered by SoftwareSilo LLC. By placing an order, you fully accept these license terms.

1. Validity of License

A purchased usage license for the software is always valid for only one Magento instance and one server. Of course, you can also install the software on a test or staging system, but not on any other production instance.

With purchase, you acquire a perpetual usage license for one Magento instance without rights of sale, distribution, or gifting.

The right of sale, distribution, or gifting is also not granted through an individual service (regardless of whether from us or from third parties) to the software.

This license may not be used for SaaS, multi‑tenant, or franchise models; each legally independent company requires its own license, even if the technical instance is shared.

2. Delivery

The software is delivered unencrypted and via email after full payment of the total amount.

3. Verification

The licensor is entitled to verify the validity of the license at regular intervals by means of technical measures.
No personal data is transmitted during the verification.

4. Violation of These Terms

In the event of a violation of these license terms, the licensor (SoftwareSilo LLC) is entitled to report the violation to criminal authorities and, in addition, to demand $25,000 as compensation for each case of damage. The company SoftwareSilo LLC is not obligated to prove actual damage in this case.

5. Warranty

A warranty, in particular a functional warranty on a customized shop, is excluded. However, we ensure the stated functionalities of the modules on a freshly installed Magento system without customizations and installed extensions.

If an error exists, you can report it to us via email. If we cannot reproduce this error on our own systems, it is your responsibility to commission us with investigating the problem.

However, if it turns out in the course of the investigation that it is due to the complexity of your own system, we are entitled to invoice our expenses according to our price list.

6. Validity

These license terms are valid from 02/01/2024. Last Change: 02/03/2026
