It gives buyers one page for finding and entering several products at once. SoftwareSilo supports name and SKU search, catalog browsing, CSV input, option selection, bulk add to cart, and an optional direct-order flow.

It suits repeat buyers who already know much of the assortment, including wholesalers, dealers, procurement teams, branch offices, spare-parts customers, and sales staff entering phone or email orders.

Magento Open Source does not include Adobe Commerce B2B Quick Order. SoftwareSilo adds a standalone storefront workflow to Magento Open Source and can also be used in Adobe Commerce projects when its feature set matches the requirement.

Yes. The autocomplete search accepts SKU or name text and returns matching saleable products that belong to an enabled product type.

Yes. Browse Catalog opens a paged modal where buyers can select several products, set quantities, and handle required options before adding the lines to their working list.

Both are supported. A buyer can upload a CSV file or paste CSV-formatted lines into the import dialog, then review a preview before applying the result.

The parser recognizes sku and qty plus optional options and bundle_options columns. A header row is supported, and files without a header use the documented column order.

Yes. The preview reports accepted items and row-level errors before processing. This helps buyers correct missing SKUs, invalid options, unsupported product types, and quantity problems.

Add mode keeps the current list and adds incoming data. Overwrite mode applies imported quantities and option selections as replacements for matching lines. The default mode is configurable.

Yes. The storefront includes a CSV export action for the current working list, which can support internal review and later reuse.

The base module explicitly supports simple, configurable, and bundle products. Each type can be enabled or disabled in store configuration.

The buyer selects the required variant attributes in an option dialog. The chosen child product and quantity are validated again when the list moves to the cart or direct checkout.

Required and optional bundle selections are loaded into a dedicated option dialog. The selected bundle configuration stays attached to the Quick Order line during processing.

No claim is made for those product types. The configurable product-type settings cover simple, configurable, and bundle products only.

Yes. Magento product status, visibility, stock rules, saleability, and requested options are checked during search, import, cart actions, and checkout preparation.

Yes. Maximum line count and maximum quantity per item are configurable. Magento minimum quantity, maximum sale quantity, and quantity increments still apply.

Yes. Price display and tier-price tooltips can be enabled separately. The values come from Magento in the active store and customer context.

Yes. The Add to Cart action validates the list and adds accepted items to the Magento shopping cart in one operation.

It prepares a dedicated Magento quote from the Quick Order lines and guides the buyer through addresses, shipping, totals, payment methods, and order placement without first rebuilding the list in the standard cart.

Yes. The module can return available shipping methods and a totals breakdown with subtotal, shipping, tax, discount, and grand total for the current lines and address context.

Yes. The flow loads the payment methods available for the prepared Magento quote. Availability still depends on the store configuration, addresses, customer context, and each payment module.

The merchant can enable a prompt when direct order starts with a non-empty cart. This lets the buyer make a deliberate choice instead of silently replacing existing cart work.

Yes. When enabled, SoftwareSilo stores the previous quote context and restores that cart after the separate Quick Order checkout or when the buyer returns to the cart.

Yes, if guest access is enabled. Guest use, guest direct order, shipping requirements, and payment requirements have separate settings so the merchant can keep a narrower guest policy.

Yes. The merchant can select allowed Magento customer groups. An empty group selection means all groups are allowed.

The link can be enabled independently in the top navigation, customer account menu, and footer. The direct /quickorder URL remains the main storefront entry point.

No public service contract is included in the base module. Its controllers support the storefront interface and are not advertised as an integration API.

No. SoftwareSilo Quick Order supports CSV file upload and pasted CSV text. If XML input is mandatory, compare that requirement with products that explicitly document XML support.

No. The current list can be exported as CSV, but named requisition lists and rebuilding an order directly from Magento order history are separate features.

No. Quick Order is a storefront form for fast manual or CSV-based entry. PunchOut connects an external procurement system to the shop for authenticated catalog sessions and cart return.

The license is valid for one Magento installation, including multi-website operation. In addition, the module may be installed on any number of development or staging servers. You can find further details in our license terms.

Installation and configuration are not included in the price. On request, we can support you with a smooth integration into your system.

Composer is PHP's package manager, and Magento 2 uses it to install modules and their dependencies. After purchase, the commands for your module are available under Licenses in your customer account. First add the private SoftwareSilo repository and your license token. Then install the listed package with composer require and run php bin/magento setup:upgrade and php bin/magento cache:clean.

You can pay by credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer (prepayment). For credit card payments, the order is processed immediately and the access credentials are provided directly in a separate follow-up email.

After credit card payment, you immediately receive access credentials to obtain the module via Composer. For bank transfer, access is granted once the invoice is paid.

On each module detail page, you can request your own demo instance and test the module intensively for 7 days. However, we do not provide a local demo version.
